- 1 rabbit
- 1 glass olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt, pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 glasses water

Cut the rabbit into portions and place into pot with all ingredients. Let the food boil, until the sauce thickens.
