- 2 glasses olive oil
- 1 1/2 glasses sugar
- 1 1/2 glasses white wine
- 1/2 glass orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cloves
- 1 1/2 kilos flour
- Browned sesame seeds
Προετοιμασία
Combine the olive oil with the sugar in a large bowl and stir well. Add the wine, the orange juice, the baking soda, the baking powder, the cinnamon and the cloves. Then, stir in the flour gradually. Knead very well, shape cookies, place them into the baking tray, dredge with sesames seeds, and finally, bake them.
