Roast fish with olive oil and oregano

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilo fish
  • 1 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

PREPARATION

Clean the fish and slice it. Place on a baking pan, the sliced potatoes around it, season with salt, pepper and oregano and sprinkle with olive oil, lemon and a little water. Then bake at a moderate temperature for about an hour.
