Rice Pudding in the Oven

  • 2 kilos milk
  • 1 glass sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 glass rice
  • 450g butter


Beat the sugar with the butter until frothy. Slowly pour in the beaten egg yolks and continue to beat constantly by gradually adding the milk with the rice. Finally, beat the eggs until fluffy and add them to the mixture. Bake at a moderate temperature.
