Lamb with fennel

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg lamb
  • 1 kg fennel
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 teacup olive oil
  • salt, pepper

PREPARATION

Put olive oil in a saucepan and brown the meat. Add the chopped fennel, and simmer till cooked. Last, add the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Bring back to the boil, and the dish is ready to serve.
