Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp of bakin powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 soup spoon
- 1 & ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tea cup wallnuts (chopped)
- 160 gr nuts (optional)
- 1 vanilla
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 carnations
- 1 tsp orange juice
Preparation
Mix the butter and the egg yolks with sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and beat the whites to make meringue. Put the walnuts and add little by little flour and meringue. Place in the prepared tin and bake in a moderate oven. Take the cake out of the tin, pour syrup and when it is absorbed place it on a platter and sprinkle with nuts.
