Recipe ingredients
- 1 kg squid (kalamari)
- 1 teacup olive oil
- 1-2 onions
- 1 bunch parsley
- 500 g tomatoes
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Wash and clean the squid. Sauté the onions in the olive oil. Add minced tomatoes and the chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper and bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the squid, stir and allow to simmer until the sauce thickens.
