Bread - Pasta

Raisin Bread



  • 1/2 packet self-raising flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teacup milk (190ml)
  • 100 g raisins, currants or sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, pinch of ground cloves


Mix together the oil, sugar and milk, and beat gently. Add the dried fruit, cinnamon and cloves. Knead, adding the flour slowly and form into a loaf. Bake for 45 minutes at 180° C.
