Rabbit with Cumin



  • 1 kg rabbit meat
  • 1 water glass oil
  • 1 wineglass red wine
  • Salt, pepper, cumin


Chop rabbit into regular portions. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the rabbit meat, and cook until browned on all sides. Add the wine, cover the saucepan, and leave for 5 minutes. Then season with salt, pepper and cumin, and leave to simmer till cooked. Add a little extra water, if necessary.
