- 1 hare
- 1 teacup olive oil
- 1 kilo pearl onions, suitable for stifado
- 1 cup wine
- 5-6 ripe tomatoes
- 3-4 bay leaves
- Salt, pepper, cumin
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Προετοιμασία
Chop the hare into portions, and put it in a saucepan with the olive oil, salt and wine. Bring to the boil, allow to simmer for a few minutes and then add the minced tomatoes, pepper, cumin and bay leaves. Leave to simmer.
