With olives

Pork with olives



  • 1 kilo pork
  • 500gr small round potatoes of equal size
  • 250gr red firm tomatoes
  • 250gr sweet green olives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 wine glass EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL


Brown the meat in the oil and extinguish with wine. Add the grated tomatoes, salt and pepper. Boil briefly, until the meat is half cooked. Add the potatoes and when done, add the olives and boil a while longer.
