- 1 kilo sweet pumpkin
- Lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 cups EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Cut the pumpkin into long strips, 2-3cm wide. Salt pieces to taste and let them drain a little. Heat olive oil in a pan. Flour the strips and fry them over high heat. When done, remove strips onto a serving platter and sprinkle them with lemon juice or vinegar.
