Fish - Seafood

Fish with Courgettes



  • 1 kilo fish
  • 1 kilo courgettes
  • 1/2 kilo tomatoes
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste


(serves 4)

Clean and salt the fish. Fry the courgettes slightly. Pour a little oil in a baking pan, place the fish in the middle and surround it with courgettes. Slightly simmer the rest of the oil with the onion and ground tomatoes and pour sauce and courgettes on top. Add 1 cup of water and some pepper and roast at a moderate temperature.
