Υλικά
- 1 kilo eggplants
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cups rice
- 5 glasses water
- Salt and pepper
Προετοιμασία
Saute the onion in olive oil and add the chopped eggplants. Add the ground tomatoes, let them boil for a while and add water, salt and pepper. Then pour the rice and let boil until done.
