Recipe ingredients
- 2 glasses almonds, crushed
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 glasses sugar
- 3 tablespoons rusk, grated
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and mix well; shape the almond macaroons; place them on an oiled greaseproof paper. Top each one of them with 1/2 almond and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
