Preparation
Clean and wash the cuttlefish. Saute the finely chopped onions in oil and add the cuttlefish. Boil for a while and add the ground tomatoes, pepper and cinnamon. Boil the cuttlefish until done and afterwards add 3 1/2 parts water and 1 part kritharaki pasta in the pot. Bring to a boil and add the kritharaki pasta as well as a little salt. Let the kritharaki simmer, until all liquid is absorbed.
