Recipe ingredients
- 1 cod filet
- 1 kilo green beans
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1/2 kilo tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Pepper
Preparation
Soak cod in water to remove the salt and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the green beans. Saute the onions with the olive oil in a pot and add the green beans tossing the pot occasionally. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes, add garlic and pepper and let them boil for 15 minutes until done.
