Recipe ingredients
- 1 glass of oil
- 640 gr flour
- 1 small tsp baking powder
- 1.280 gr sugar
- 100 gr milk
- 1 soup spoon cooking soda
- 1 water glass of nuts
- zest of 1 lemon and vanilla
- 6 eggs
Preparation
Stir the oil with the sugar and add the dissolved baking soda in gaka and almonds. Mix the baking powder with the flour and beat the eggs separately. Pour eggs, lemon zest, vanilla and add to the flour and mix with the oil, sugar, baking soda and almonds. Stir everything together and pour into greased baking dish. Bake in a moderate heated oven.
