- 500 g cheese, preferably Greek Graviera cheese

Preparation
Chop chicken into medium-size portions and boil. Once cooked and slightly cooled, remove the bones. Butter a baking dish, layer the chicken pieces over the bottom and cover each with a slice of Graviera cheese. Bake for a short time in the oven, until the cheese has melted.
