Recipe ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 250gr yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 spring onions
- 2 peppers
- 200gr fèta cheese
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Preparation
Chop all vegetables and put them in a salad bowl. Prepare the sauce (dressing) with the yoghurt, garlic, pepper, dill and lemon juice and pour over the salad.
