Pachia Ammos

Beaches

Lassithi

On the way to the southernmost city of Greece, Ierapetra, is the village of Pachia Ammos (which translates as ‘thick sand’), situated in a natural bay. It lies at the road junction between Sitia and Ierapetra, and has a sandy beach which is protected from winds by the dock area of the small fishing harbor.
